About Amanda
Amanda holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Music Composition. She fell in love with early music education while completing her Master's degree, when she accepted a job teaching music to twenty kindergarten classes per week. After lots of trial and error, research, and training, she learned that with great pedagogy and the best musical literature, very young students can unlock their innate musical sensibilities and forge a lifelong relationship with music. Since then, she has taught general music, choir, music theory, and piano to students ranging from preschool through high school. She loves helping children build strong music literacy skills through activities they naturally love: singing, moving, and playing!
